Counter-Strike is the world’s best first-person shooter game developed by Valve Software which can be played online as well as offline, Valve Software are also the creators of the renowned Half-Life game series. This team-oriented online shooter game consists of terrorists and counter-terrorists competing against one another in a round-based combat with capability of different stages and a max. of 32 players at a time can play together. 

With the power of the “Source” engine, the original Counter-Strike 1.6 has been modified completely into Counter-Strike: Source – which offers upgraded levels, graphics, maps, accuracy, weapons and the implementation of a new physics engine the Counter-Strike will never be the same!

Counter Strike started its journey with the first public release on June 18th, 1999, It began as a simple extra small game for Half-Life but with the growing no. of beta releases which were always improving, the mod started to grew and with it grew it fan following. As this amazing first person shooter game was continuously improved with new concepts and maps were introduced, Counter-Strike shifted from being a mere Half-Life mod to an entirely new game.
